Background

We are in our early 60's, still in work and with the exception of a couple of common health issues that are well controlled, we are very mobile. We enjoy all manner of holidays including but not limited to villa holidays, city breaks and cruises (with the very occasional camping trip thrown in) We tend to go with the flow, we don't feel we are demanding or high maintenance and although we expect good standards of hygiene, service and food (unless we are self catering then the food is down to me!) we don't expect perfection and are quite laid back if there are issues, providing any major ones are rectified.

For cruises we have been with 4 cruise lines but we don't compare them. They have all had their positives and negatives but nothing that adversely affected our overall enjoyment to the point we wouldn't book them again if itinerary, dates and price were right. Read more
