We've just returned from a trip on the Borealis to Norway and the Shetland Isles, The staff were amazing and very attentive.
The ship appeared clean, though I didn't see any anti virus sprays being used, just area's wiped down with the same cloth, that would of actually spread the virus. And we had lots of dust buddies under the beds.
However, the beds were super comfy and the pillows, we had lots of hot water.

Flam
If you go to Flam and want to go on the train do it independently it's much cheaper and nicer as you're not cramped, we had the carriage to ourselves, Also the viewpoint is easy to book yourself in the train ticket office, we did both and saved well over a £100.
