Chose this cruise for my 65th birthday. Found the medallion service prior to cruise, hit and miss kept freezing and I had to reboot my iPad many times.
Was informed by our Car parking people that the ship had changed terminals, nothing from Princess.
Huge delays caused by this, due on board ship at 12.30 final boarded 15.00. Long queues to go through customs etc. stood out side in 35 degrees heat, no offer of water. On board no staff manning/monitoring lifts to cabins. In cabin not even a bottle of water in fridge. Very poor.
Cabin Review
Our cabin was a nice size, clean and tidy. Did have a problem with fridge, but quickly sorted.
Cabin attendant was excellent.

Madeira (Funchal)
Went on a 4x4 off road adventure tour, excellent, driver was fun and knowledgeable. The off road part was not very long, but it was an experience to go up the narrow steep road as well.
Nice amount of time at stops, did not feel rushed. Would recommend great day
Vigo
Have stopped a Vigo before and it rained all day, so was nice to see in the sun, but not a lot to see in the town
Tenerife
On tour whale watching, however weather dull and we did not see much of the whales, great boat trip, crew very friendly.
