Had to call repeatedly to get travel documents. long wait times on phone. representative said they would help but no action was taken. All email responses say they will get back to me in 3 – 5 business days. finally got someone to help. could never contact scenic before cruise.
8/16 received email regarding low water – will have to change ships. Itinerary will not be affected. Change ships day 3. then told day 4. things changed on a daily basis.
8/16 Advised to call ship for location of boarding – no one answered
