Pre cruise customer service awful

Disrespectful and no help

In booking onboard excursions or restaurants

Told to look into other cruise lines

The actual cruise staff housekeeping 

And restaurants work very hard and are excellent 

The food quality and presentation has definitely dropped from previous cruises

Entertainment seems also to have been cut

Included excursions weak 

Excursion desk not that helpful

Wound up booking viator excursions

Cabins were very nice

Even with deluxe veranda unable to book

Specialty restaurants early and a lot of optional excursions already sold out

Itinerary very good

Chefs table very good food and service

Manfredi’s not luxury dining food

Uneven

Service very slow 

Cafe with 1 deck coffee
