Chose this ship since it was going through the panama canal, across the atlantic and on to the mediterranean.
Worst staff ever! most staff were incompetent at their jobs, especially reception and pursers office.
Many staff were outright rude! we have never seen such widespread rudeness on a cruise ship.
Cabin Review
Shower is so small you can barely turn around in it, and there was no conditioner supplied. Carpets were so dirty we wore our slippers all the time. Actually found previous passenger's discarded medical trash, as well as lots of dirt in the carpet. We had to call 8 times to get our toilet to flush! Room steward locked me out on the balcony, knowing I was there as he had told me he would clean the room while I was reading outside - then he blamed the door and said it locked itself - UNBELIEVABLE!!! The beds are uncomfortable and very small, with old, thinner mattresses. There were no large bath towels supplied, so we always had to get them from the gym changing room.
