Family of 4, Mini suite cabin M 227 on deck 15. 3rd time cruising with Princess. As from our first day we had an issue with water pressure from our bath shower. We raised our concern for this issue 3 times in 2 days with front desk office where upon the 3rd complaint, water pressure got slightly better. Our cabin with the exception of our bathroom, was quite comfortable and was kept really tidy during all the cruise. Food on Princess left much to be desired. We booked @ Sabatini's and experience was a total disappointment, veal being our main course was served uncooked. In my opinion food and service represents an insult to italian cusine. Disappointment @ Sabatini was so much that we did cancel our booking @ Crown Grill since we thought it was not worth . Food at the buffet restaurant rarely varied while dining at Allegro & Concerto was acceptable. Evening Entertainment and the gymnasium were ok. In my opinion service and eye to detail that Princess Cruises once had, has gone to an all time low. Our experience on both Sea Princess & Crown Princess excels by far service we received on Regal. Probably after this experience i would definitely opt for NCL or RCC other than Princess.
