We’ve always wanted to cruise along the Mississippi River, and we’re glad we did it with American Cruise Line. It was an enjoyable and relaxing cruise experience. We had a terrific guest speaker, Bobby Durham, who not only gave port talks, but also entertained us with his banjo. Piano players Greg on the first 7 days and Jeff on the second 7 days were very talented and kept us tapping our toes and clapping our hands. Richard Garey from Hannibal came as Mark Twain and kept us laughing throughout our journey. We even had a Molly Brown impersonator, who kept us well entertained. The food and services were superb. I especially enjoyed the stretch classes in the early mornings with the cruise director. . We enjoyed the daily craft classes, learning new ideas daily. The American Melody has a walking track up on the 5 th deck which was super.
