Transfers from the airport to ship and return were disastrous. Embarkation was not organized website check in, then again, we had to enter the same information on our Medallion app. Once more at the embarkation desk, process was redundant besides time consuming. Medallions were not mailed out, so we had to go to another line to claim them. The accommodation was ok but with loud noise daily, I brought it to the service desk's attention, but they were not helpful in trying to find or fix the problem. I do have to complement several of the service desk employees who were helpful. We were given Princess gifts and ear plugs to pacify me but didn't stop the noise. The Internet was not working most of the time and that was another disappointment. We chose this cruise for the Itinerary since we have visited Canada before but wanted to visit Greenland and were disappointed to not be able to visit Nuuk due to weather? The food was ok, nothing special missing many condiments etc. Entertainment good to excellent Duo Diva was great as was Xtasea Daniel Oliver was awesome as was the Ship band. The shows were typical. More sea days than we expected. Hope our October cruise is better. Overall, Tom & I always make the best of our travels.
Obstructed view not bad. Excellent location for dining, entertainment, stairs, and elevators. No UBS connections glad we brought ours, most ships have this amenity them, and I don't understand why it isn't standard
