Greatly disappointed compared to previous cruises. Their app is not easy to use, system crashed several times, very slow and confusing. When calling customer service for assistance before the cruise, they seemed confused and not able to clarify pre-boarding tests. During check-in the staff didn't even check out our covid test results! Several nights we were first in line for dinner and requested a window table for two to celebrate my Birthday and another night to celebrate our anniversary...the head host was very rude and he said that all the window tables were reserved; how could that be when we were first in line?; and when we asked to reserve for future nights he said that they couldn't! How did all these people reserve those tables before hand?? Furthermore, their dinner menu on the in room TV was not in sync with the actual menu which I brought up to the customer service and they never did correct it. The port of Eden was a joke and Newcastle was depressing. Their food was way too salty and tasteless. The ship hallways and rooms look old and torn. Bed was way too soft and uneven! How sad Princess!!!

Cabin Review

Balcony

Beds terrible, furniture old and worn. Shower soap dispenser in a dangerous position, scratching arms. Room Steward was the only positive experience.
