Except for one waiter at Magenta (from Zimbabwe) and the man of room service, everything was worse.
Guest service isn't prepared. I paid one coffee at Starbucks and the system didn't recognize it, then I asked for help. The man at the balcony was very rude, saying I had to pay and I didn't want to. No one gives a damn when you ask for the manager, they offer you to write a letter and send a ln answer to your room.
The Ocean restaurant serves the meal cold, besides it they take a long time to bring the food. I don't want to come back to this service again, not even for free.
The man responsible for my cabin was excessively polite and he used to smile at me and wish a good day, good trip, etc every time, this is the only part of the cruise that was good.
