I have been on about 10 cruises and while this ship is nice the design flaws and management are terrible. It was an ultra cruise targeting gamblers (which alot of them are). The Casino was 90 degrees and had no bathroom and no bar. If you wanted to get one of your "free drinks while playing in the casino" you had to hope the bar staff reached you before you passed out from the heat. My first cruise ever where you could not walk up to the "casino bar" and get your own drink. This puts a huge strain on the already understaffed waiters. Whole boat seems like the AC is non existent. We ate dinner in the Italian Restaurant (for a fee). The basketball court is directly above the restaurant, this creates the romantic and enjoyable ambiance of bouncing basketballs right above your head as you are trying to eat. People literally walk in, look up at the ceiling and just shake their heads, its unbelievable that it could even happen and not be better sound proofed atleast. Not sure how you get a job as a Cruise Ship Designer but perhaps they should hire a different person. Ship had a few nice things, but overall D- at best.
