This was our first cruise ,we chose it has it had a lot of stops which we could get off ,embarkment was brilliant we was in our state room by 12,,to busy to get of at st peters Guernsey people was still trying to get on water shuttles at 12 had to be bk by 3 so gave that amiss day three COVID outbreak captain ask if we would wear mask on ship many Americans didn't astound the ship or coac hi tours or when on water shuttle staff did not approach them and ask them to put ,alot of Americans thought they owned the ship kept pushing in at buffet one day my husband placed his white cane and jacket on table in buffet American couple just removed it and sat in our place same happen when staff was trying to set up wheel chair when getting off water shuttle for the disabled man, he tryed to sit down on wheel chair Americans just push by and didn't care ,there was a few lovely Americans but not many and they were over plowing at times , ok ne day the spa pool was very hot and I nearly burnt my foot ,I reported to a deck staff who just shugged her shoulders ,someone else did complain and a hour later they closed it off ,every afternoon room staff would bang the doors and say they wanted to come in to remove fancy cushions and bed runner, we stopped this after a few days and complained one there was no need to come in 2we didn't know if we was getting same ones bk or from another room and what with COVID on ship with staff and passengers this was not necessary and could have spread the COVID ,we also ordered a room service breakfast has we was doing a tour this didn't turn up so we went without breakfast ,we didn't use the restaurant much has there was a mix up staff was telling us one day we had to brocellia another to Micheal Angelo entertainment was pretty poor theatre shows limited and didn't last more be than 45 mins I don't think our room was dusted or hoovered while we was there towels and rubbish was changed every day all these problems the buffet food was poor a few times just lots of pasta and fish ,lots of small flies sometimes we be sat eating at 1,30 in the afternoon market place to be told we had to move to other side has this side was closing what a stupid time to close we had to pick our plates with food my husband hand white cane has well I had a crutch stick ,no staff helped us move round ,so this has put us off ever doing a cruise and if we did certainty won't be choosing Princess cruises h
