Did Amsterdam to Lucerne years ago and really enjoyed my time. Decided to travel this time with my husband and in-laws. Stayed in Como, Italy for the pre-extension which I highly advise to anyone who can afford it. The coach ride through the Alps was absolutely incredible. Did a post stay in Amsterdam and went to the Keukenhof gardens during peak bloom, which I also highly advise. All of the staff and tour guides throughout the whole trip were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All the staff on the ship exceeded our expectations. They came to know you by name very quickly and your likes and dislikes. The food was definitely a highlight always so good, never went hungry. I personally think you get the most of your money traveling with Viking from the included guided tours, to all of the included meals & drinks at meals, and on board entertainment. Culture, history, learning, and intimate experiences loved it all. Looking forward to our next adventure with Viking.

Deluxe Stateroom

Very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. Not very large room, but suitable and comfortable enough for sleeping and showering.
