Avid cruiser, currently on Infinity, on another Royal ship Saturday. Infinity has been nicknamed the "I'm so sorry" ship.
Great crew, lazy officers and an old not well managed ship.
Broken AC for days in many areas, told by officers it was a hatch issue and it being very hot sun today... truth was told by AC tech and other crew who confessed they have been having on-going Air Conditioning issues for weeks.

Old ships can be nice, but mechanical issues, air conditioning, plumbing and other issues show this ship NEEDS a dry-dock. Contractors are onboard to do planned upgrades but they also start early so you may be an unexpected 7am wake-up due to the maintenance work.
