Our first cruise post - covid, and with a new cruise line for us. We really didn't pick Princess, it picked us, at it fit within our travel plans to QLD. That said we were very excited to try Princess, and we have a couple of Elite Princess friends.

Starting at the beginning, the embarkation process was a breeze at Brisbane (the trip to the terminal though is less inspiring). The only thing to watch out for is the long'ish walk from the terminal to the ship.

Once on board the ship was lovely. Yes it is starting to show its age a little, but overall it was neat, tidy, and had a sense of style to it. Although it may not have had some of the gimmicks that others have, it was comfortable, and easily accessible with plenty to do and see.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

The Mini-Suites on Princess are like large balcony suites in other companies. These were quite expansive with tow areas to the cabin. The room was spacious, and with a decent balcony. Probably too much for a three day cruise, but great for those longer trips.
