The whole experience felt like filling the pockets of MSC at the expense of others and quality.
- Staff overexploited working long hours and with little rest. You are served by the same individuals day and night continuously, and it feels like you're treating them like slaves the whole time.
- Food was terrible in taste and quality, and the buffet was so wasteful
