Chose Crown Princess to Alaska based on feedback from people who have previously cruised with them a couple of years ago. Things have changed. Hallway to cabin smelled like sewage, food was just okay. It was often served cold or over cooked and the selection was pretty minimal. Rumor was that covid was going around the crew which may explain why several of the activities were cancelled. If you idea of a good time is sitting in a chair and playing trivia or just listing to music this is the cruise for you. It was kind of boring. Ports were great, but one of the ports was cancelled due to engine issues. 99% of the staff were incredible. While sitting in the spa waiting for my appointment, the spa staff were gathered around the front desk making fun of passengers they served. NOT IMPRESSED by this lack of professional. Don't bother to spend the money on internet because it is super slow or non-functional most of the time. I will never cruise with this line again

Cabin Review

Our cabin was a premium balcony. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Decor was out of date but the room was clean and ironically there was great closet space.
