How many corners can you cut before customers say 'No more thanks' ?

P & O are sadly getting a reputation for cutting corners and budgets, I've done a fair few P & O cruises on Ventura (twice), Britannia, Azura and Arcadia, and this was by far the worst.

No mixed tables at dining, we had to have a table for 2 every night with no real guidance from the waiters for my Gluten Free wife, On Britannia, the head waiter came around every night, even in the Limelight theatre to discuss the following nights' options. New no touch toilet doors, just wave your hand and the door opens, until it doesn't, then what? and they were frequently OUT OF ORDER. Epicurean closed, Glass House, no food now, absolutely no Character in there any more, no turndown, restaurant service only average, food, ok...just. Need to be down for 6.00am to get a sunbed, it was bad, very bad.

Cabin Review

Nice abin, well laid out except for the 2 stupid slide about tables against the sofa, they were constantly in the way and useless as tables as there's not enough room to get your legs under them whilst seated.
