Hands down, will never cruise with another line again!! Virgin Voyages has nailed it in every aspect of the industry!! Customer service, quality, entertainment, food...nothing compares! Rockstar agent knew our names and likes within minutes and was always available for anything. Galley staff were fast and attentive. Shore days were memorable and private beach club at Bimini was gorgeous. Drinks were great and plentiful. The Indonesian hammocks on each balcony were insanely comfortable & the efforts put into making them are felt. Every room...seriously every room has all controls on a tablet (curtains, lights, etc.) and a record player. You can even get split second mood lighting/music at the push of a button. Adding Squid Ink to the list was genius for whomever designed the ship...my wife and I got tattoos on board from Fillipe (Baruc Tattos) and his quality art cannot be overestimated. All in all, seriously this is a must-do cruise for any adult that caters to every walk of life with sustainability at it's core.
