My brother invited me to join him and his wife on this cruise through Belgium and Netherlands. I am so glad I did! The ship and the Viking service was first class. I felt pampered and cared for the entire 10 day journey. The food was outstanding, and the staff interacted with us like we were old friends. Our waiter asked our names the first meal, and remembered them the entire trip (Renado, assisted by Marian) The cities we visited were charming, and the tour guides did a wonderful job of sharing the history, culture, and architecture of the area. We did a few of the extra excursions, which added to our learning of this part of the world. The only downside to my trip is I contracted Covid. I wish testing was still required prior to boarding, and wish I had masked when on the buses and in crowded spaces.
