This was our first river cruise. After considering several cruise companies we selected Viking based on many positive reviews and consistently high cruise industry ratings. We can't say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Prague, we were greeted by a Viking representative and from there we were professionally and comfortably taken through the process of getting to our hotel, receiving an orientation from another very knowledgeable Viking representative and having our luggage delivered to our room. From the first excursion in Prague through the last one in Paris, the Viking process ran like a finely tuned machine. Their attention to every traveler need was wonderful. Every Viking employee on board was pleasant, professional and accommodating. Our stateroom was very comfortable and the food and entertainment was fantastic. All the excursions were very well organized with great local tour guides. We look forward to taking more Viking cruises in the future!
