There were many positives but the negatives started to annoy so I said so in the end-of-cruise questionnaire, offering my email address if anyone at Royal Caribbean was interested or cared. I added that if i hadn't heard within 14 days they could read my "rant" on this web site. No-one has been in touch!

Web-site, says only 110 volts available in the cabin. Wrong! 240 sockets there (and I bought an adapter). The drinks package was advertised but the site kept telling me to apply nearer the cruise. Did so for several days without success. Eventually rang, "its not available on the net"!

Tours- rather too many on the web site to digest but Readers Offers kindly agreed to print and post them to me as RCI doesn't produce a brochure. (In the event they were rather expensive, some quite early in the morning and most ports had hop on hop off buses or ferries at the dock-side.)
