I think the food was the surprisingly best thing about the trip. It was gourmet and interesting and delicious. The onshore trips were well planned and great. The staff was unfailingly sweet and helpful. We were able to travel with someone in a wheelchair which was great too, they planned for "easy walking" options. The cabins were small but clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to look out the window while sailing which was fun. I hope there will be a bus tour option next time as my walking is getting worse but just being on the ship would be fun. There were also lectures on board about what we were seeing. The Rhine was so dry we had to change boats to continue, I groaned inwardly about having to move, but it was so perfectly done that it was just a 10 minuted inconvience and they gave us a $25 shipboard credit. We were all amazed they pulled it off so well.
