We have been on all of the Marella ships at least once, however this was our first post Covid cruise. We did expect to see changes, and I have taken that into account when considering what to write. We are non drinkers, but do enjoy the food and entertainment that the ships usually offer.

Going out was straightforward as usual, however it takes longer at Dubrovnik due to having to go through the passport control at the port. We had a bit of a wait because lots of flights arrived in quick succession, nothing too onerous though. The check in changes driven by the pandemic are necessary, but it’s well staffed and the instructions were clear.

Our cabin was clean and we were well looked after by Déni and his team. These cabin stewards work extremely hard, and are so polite and courteous. Read more
