Have taken 14 cruises using several cruise lines… 2 with Princess that were very good experiences….
This one was disappointing on many levels.
1. Customer service pre-cruise weak (45 min waits on phone and reps with no answers)

Clean and steward good but shower was on,y Luke warm- could not get a hot shower. Bed very comfortable. Space typical/adequate
