I chose this cruise as it left from a port than was about 1.5 hours away. Drove from Philly to NYC. Paid $160 for parking at the terminal. My two daughters ( ages 5 and 12) went with me. We dropped our bag at the terminal, parked, and went into the terminal. Went through the checkpoints rather easily and quickly. No issues, Waited about 20 minutes in the terminal before we boarded the ship. Rooms weren't ready until 1:30 and we were on the ship around 11:30. Room was an interior room, which i loved because my kids thought it was still night when it was actually late morning so I was able to sleep in every morning on the cruise :). Kids club was amazing!!!!! My younger daughter LIVED there! The food was very good; not what you would get at a five star restaurant but all the food tasted very good. The mongolian wok and guy' smokehouse were the best meals on the ship ( outside of the MDR). Comic on board was very funny. Lots of activities. This was a very diverse cruise, which I loved. Getting off was very easy. Carried off my roller suitcase. Took about 20 minutes from leaving the room to putting my bags in my car. What would I change: probably switch to the anytime dining instead of the set dining time. Our table mates were kinda hard to talk with...
