Unlike the previous reviewer I found the cruise on The Spirit of the Danube to be five star. A lovely new ship with excellent service from the crew. They all worked extremely hard to give all passengers a great holiday. Tea and coffee was available 24 hours a day in the lounge. In the restaurants if anything was needed there was a member of crew to help. If the previous reviewer wasn't happy with the restaurant service why didn't he speak to the Hotel Manager?? The food was varied and freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. The cabins were very well designed with a very good amount of storage space, good lighting in the bathroom. Lovely quality linen.

The Saga hosts were helpful and attentive to detail. The excursions were well organised taking into account any passenger mobility problems. The entertainment was geared to the age range on the ship
