We have been lucky to cruise many times with Cunard (like many of you) and other cruise companies we always chose Cunard for the standards and service, but the last 2 cruises post the Pandemic! have shown that they are making small cut backs, but blaming the pandemic!!!!

Staff - Superb as always so attentive which we like, some may say its OTT, but compared to others that what to us makes Cunard stand out from the rest.

Food - was still great quality in the restaurant (Princess Grills), also in lido, but that is where the positives end. However the late buffet (Not that you need it but some do) Biscuits, these where the same everyday no change in flavors and dried up food from dinner!!! No pizzas any longer
