We were on board for 24 days, 10 days with our adult family. The family had not sailed with Seabourn, we had done many cruises with Crystal…my DH & I have over 250 days on Seabourn ….we had so many “not to Seabourn standards” that we are booking a SS cruise next!

The office in SEA had so much trouble with our OBC that one never came thru at all and one came thru on the last day of the 10 day leg…we were left standing in the hot sun, no place to sit down, no shade, in Venice while they organized another bus to take us the 3 hours to Ravenna! Once aboard the ship looked exactly the same but not as clean and one of our cabins the frig did not work…(ship was only 2/3’s full 302).

Service is hit and miss…food is good but soup is tepid and didn’t change in the 24 days, the service was so bad in the MDR we avoided it as much as possible....hamburgers by thee pool served raw…the menu’s don’t seem to change and the second leg the shows were repeated from the first leg 120 ppl stayed for the second leg…..after speaking with the HD the bar service on 10 was better…many staff just seemed overwhelmed by the work. Yes, I understand there are staffing shortages…but the cost of the cruise is still the same for shoddy service.

Cabin Review

Veranda Suite

Cabin 645. Spacious in the center good location to everything on the ship. The decor is dated and needs refreshing.
