So I booked this cruise for 3 cabins for a total party of 11 people. The boat is nice and seems to be well kept. The food was good and the staff in the dining room was great. They seemed to have a pretty decent handle on the covid thing and they had "guards" lol waiting at the buffet to ensure people washed their hands. Cabins were clean and nice. The ice skating show was incredible! The other shows were a DISASTER. Extremely disappointed in their choice of first and last night to have a juggler who was just not funny and not impressive at all. Excursion was organized and fun.

My two biggest issues:

THE INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I ordered the high grade internet to assist in allowing us to communicate with our parties. It was so bad that messages were delivered hours later and we missed sitting at shows together!! I went to the front desk who acknowledged there was an issue and many people were complaining. I spoke with the communication representative on the boat who saw that the usage i had was minimal and she played with my phone settings and told me it would be better while she showed me it only took 2 minutes to load a youtube video lmao! I called royal carribean to complain after and they said according to their records the data i used was sufficient for what they offer. I asked to have an email of my usage provided and they refused (hmm strange and shady). At best 20% off wasnt anything great. DONT GET THE WIFI
