Sail Date: Jul 2022
Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony

Only cruise available for the Hawaiian Islands at the time. Crew did not keep passengers informed of happenings onboard the ship. Cruise was very understaffed. Waiters in dining room was serving entrees, clearing tables, retrieving food from galley and pouring drinks. They couldn't keep up. Serving and wait staff did not appear to be well trained. At least half of the restaurants and bars were not open. Food was not well prepared in dining room, cold, bland and very limited choices. There were upcharges for specific dishes in the specialty dining rooms. The only entertainment was a magician in the theater. Ship cancelled our specialty dinning reservations that had been made months in advance. The best of Maui excursion was modified to remove one highlight and passengers were left at the aquarium for and extra 1 1/2 hours. They took us to a coffee plantation before it opened for the day. Most of the excursions were extended bus rides. Additional fees were applied to all activities.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin was extremely small and service was not good. Had to ask most days for ice.
