We had a balcony cabin midship on deck 11. Cabin overall was in good condition, bed was very comfortable, pillows were so soft and uncomfortable, room steward said there were no firm pillow available,, hmm! Bathroom is a bit dated, Princess please invest in a glass semi-circular shower door, similar to Celebrity Solstice class ships and HAL Pinnacle Class ships, the best shower and bathroom on the seas, to date!

We also explained that Princess had cancelled at least 8 cruises on us, Sapphire and Coral 1 week after we had made final payments, and left us high and dry, with no excuses provided, flights paid for, with no cruise to go on, and no refund or credit to pay for the Grand Princess cruise we luckily found, How Princess cancelled our 2 back to back Royal Princess cruises in Australia we booked for November this year and informed us we had to book on Majestic Princess only, where we were unable to have back to back cruises as we had on Royal.We do like the extra room at the back of this ship on multiple levels, and love sitting in the Captains Circle Elite lounge each evening we attend, and watch the wake of the ship, talk to the wonderful waiters, bar and food (chef) staff, who are so efficient, and friendly on Grand, nothing is too difficult for them to arrange.
