This was originally set for the Vietnam cruise in Feb 2020 which we decided to cancel due to COVID. Selected this cruise due to the destinations. Tour guides were hit or miss, with most being a miss. Extra cost for Vienna Opera house not worth it. Had small, short program in a side room, did not get to see any of the opera house other than when we entered and departed, very disappointed. Went on the extra Schoenburg Castle tour, started off well but the tour guide left us for our free time with no instructions on how to get to the gardens...in the pouring down rain...and then she was nowhere to be found.

While the service overall was good there were some issues when we wanted to eat on the upper deck outside. Some made plates at the buffet and carried up while one person ordered food , an omelete, to be served. When it was brought to the table we were informed we could not 'order' during regualr meal times because the kitchen was busy tending to the buffet.

When I ordered a glass of wine one afternoon that I enjoyed the previous night, I was told there was no more but at dinner when my husband asked for it they miraculously had a bottle! Read more
