Chose because of the itinerary. Tours were below par - was shocked - Princess, generally, does everything well. A dearly wanted tour cancelled just before embarkation. Had to choose something that was "left over". Not an especially interesting tour - but the tour guide WAS exceptional. Chose to stay on the ship at some ports or disembark for a few hours.
Dissatisfied, on arrival, with with grimy cabin. Bathroom needed a thorough scrubbing. Ring in toilet never removed. Had to go to customer relations to get it taken care of - too bad.
Kept getting over charged or double charged or charged for things not purchased - wasted time at customer relations getting charges rectified. Had express checkout and found had been double charged yet again on the day before disembarkation.
Shocked to see the condition of cabin which was not at all clean. Started cleaning counter tops and drawers and then stopped. Called the rm steward because the bathroom was way below par with mildew, etc. and he told us he was too busy with 18 cabins. Went to the desk and suddenly he wasn't busy. In two days the floor was vacuumed and the bathroom was what "they" called clean. Ring around the toilet never was removed. Mattress was sides were broken down
and mattress itself lumpy. Asked for another one and told that wasn't possible....................Endured that for 13 days.
