On our first evening in suite 844 the vibration was dreadful. The entire bathroom vibrated, as did the bedroom. Worst of all was the bed vibrating. Our entire bodies shook. It was distressing and made us both feel almost sick. First thing in the morning my husband reported the matter, but somehow it was not seen as a complaint! After three visits to reception, we eventually got a member of staff who straightaway found us another suite, 665. At midnight, with two helpful crew members, we moved! Absolutely no problem for the remainder of the cruise. Just a pity we had an entire day of feeling stressed, tired and anxious until we were given alternative accommodation.

The excursions overall were very good. Excellent food and drinks served throughout the ship, including wines, spirits and cocktails. Some attention to small cleaning issues need to be improved, and a number of our fellow passengers were of the same opinion. Huge bonus that all of our laundry was taken care of so efficiently.

Entertainment in the theatre much better than on previous cruise - more variety, including excellent speakers. Not so impressed with music in two of the bars, but in Explorer Lounge, the duet were great.
