I have travel with most of the US cruise lines before. This was my 6th cruise with NCL. We did the first cruise with them before Covid and loved everything about it. First their attention to clean with their "washy washy" and also their free style. Haven is another world. Their attention to detail in every aspect. This was our second cruise in summer 2022 in the Getaway. We did a Baltic cruise on May 27 and the Haven cruise was so amazing that we booked the July 16th with them I'm the Getaway out of Port Canaveral. Since the moment we got to the pier their service was exceptional. Our checkin was only 3 minutes and then wait for 30 minutes in their lounge before boarding. What made this trip amazing was the crew. Starting with the Haven restaurant hostess Janet, and her manager Dusan. They greet every person with a smile. By day 2 they remember our first choice of drinks and especially our kids preferences. They even went above and beyond to make a special dinner for my daughter's birthday. They were always making sure we liked our tables and food. Then our assistant concierge Ivan took care of everything we need and ensure that we had our requests. Haven bartender Made was amazing. He created drinks for us and our kids based on our likes. These group of crewmembers made both of our cruises an aging experience that we book the Getaway in March 2023 just to sail back with that crew. They are amazing and I hope management knows it. Best Haven crew ever.
