We have sailed many times with Celebrity and always considered the cruise line to be a step above many others. This is a new ship and we were on about the second or third cruise of Beyond on the 9 night Italian Riviera and France cruise. The ship was only about 35% of capacity. We never encountered wait lines for meals or other events. My wife and I both felt that the service while on the ship was ok. The food was typical, nothing special, but ok. Our crew steward was exceptional and took care of all our needs. We attended one entertainment event, but it was too loud for my wife, so we avoided the theatre after that. It was fun going to the four different dining rooms for dinner. Each had a specialty menu and also items that all four had that were the same.

My only disappointment with Celebrity was with customer service after the cruise was over. A word for the wise would be to ensure that your charges are correct before disembarkation. Afterwards you may not be able to resolve any disputes. We were not.
