First I must compliment the Princess transfer from the airport in Fort Lauderdale to the Embassy Suites. Our flight was 3 hours late and the Princess rep was still at the airport to meet us at 10:30 pm!

Embassy Suites was good. Hasn't changed much since I was there 5 years ago.

Embarkation day was horrible. Left the hotel on time and waited over 2 hours to get onboard in an extremely hot, humid terminal. No air conditioning to be found nor any explanation as to why it took so long. This process really needs to be improved. Read more
