Cabin: Balcony

We chose this cruise to take our adult grand children to Alaska. They seemed to endure it as it was their first cruise ever. We, on the other hand, have cruised with Princess 9 times previously. This cruise was a complete disaster for us. We were charged for drinks we DID NOT ORDER; Waited over 45 minutes to have our order take in two of the seated area restaurants; drink orders, when we received them, took over 30 minutes. After our food orders were taken, it took another 30 to 45 minutes to receive warm, not hot, food. Port times were questionable in a few stops. Many trips to the service desk were required on our part to correct billing problems aimed at the Calypso Bar. That is where all the drink charges continued even AFTER we reported this to the service desk. I recommend to anyone cruising with Princess to watch your bill EVERY DAY.
