First of all, the ship is beautiful. My son and I decided choose MSC because of the positive experience my brother had a few weeks prior.
Day 1, we had no hot water, thankfully this wasn't an issue for the remainder of the cruise.
There was a horrible sewage odor throughout the entire cruise on our floor (12th). In addition some public restrooms smelled (urine). A concern with cleanliness, especially post pandemic.

Really loved the ease of getting to the port. No issues or concerns with Port Canaveral.
