We had two rooms. Cabin 6143 was very nice and had a spacious inside compared to other rooms. Balcony was huge! It was the size of three average size balcony’s put together. It’s considered concierge class which is much cheaper than aqua class and has a bigger balcony than all aqua class regular verandas. The family veranda has a similar size balcony, but I was a single traveler in my room so a family room was too expensive for just me. The next bigger balcony is the Sky suite, which is also super expensive. I would definitely get room 6143 every time!

My friends stayed in Cabin 8108. It felt tighter walking from one end of the room to the other compared to my room, but was still a good size for two people. The balcony was slanted and tight on the left side but could still fit two regular size chairs that faced each other.

Entertainment was good. Music was fun to dance to, but definitely not Las Vegas style clubs vibes. Think wedding dance vibes. I enjoyed all of the shows I went to.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin 6143 was category C1.

My room was very spacious. There are definitely enough drawers and hangers for plenty of clothes. There is a full length mirror inside the clothing armoire. There are lots of different lights all throughout the room. My balcony was huge. It comes with two chairs and a small coffee table. It could easily fit 2 lounge chairs. The view from this balcony is nice. No obstructions or lifeboats in view. The first part of the balcony is covered by the balcony above you. The rest is covered by a tarp, which really made no difference to me. This room is located next to a storage closet, which is actually nice because no one is on your right side and you have more privacy on your balcony. (There is another balcony that goes to the storage closet, and is between this room and the next room, but is empty and not used. This is not shown on the ship floor plan.) However once in awhile you could hear noise from someone in there. This room is located on the port side aft of the ship.

Room 8108

Interior of room was about 1 foot smaller both width and length compared to 6143. Balcony was slanted and tight, but could fit two chairs. Still plenty of room for two people. This room is located on starboard side of ship. Similar lighting, drawers, mirrors, bathrooms. This room was located floor 8 midship, which I liked because it was a quick walk to everything.

Only con- sunlight came through sides of curtains so the room wasn’t super dark in the morning.

See pictures of both rooms.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

I drove there and was able to park my car in the parking garage. Although I was worried it would be difficult to get out when leaving, there was literally no traffic. Cars were moving and it only took minutes to leave. Getting from the port onto and off the cruise ship was easy. There were tons of staff stationed throughout the path and gave directions. Overall, it was very organized.
