Been with Cruise and Maritime a couple of times and thought they were good. Tilbury and no flight a big bonus. Parking easy but embarkation a disappointment. Promised "priority" boarding and luggage because we were in a De-luxe suite, but experience exactly the same as everybody else's which, to be fair wasn't bad but wasn't what we'd been promised, or paid for. That was actually the theme of the cruise, promising but not delivering. Multiple minor irritations which on their own were trivial but together they turned what had the making of a 5 star experience into a 3 star one we are unlikely to repeat or recommend.
The positives, of which there were many. Food was good, well presented and nicely served. Drink reasonably priced but cocktails could have done with being mixed, rather than just slung in the glass. 99% of staff were excellent, though it would have made life better for everyone if they had actually policed the few, very sensible rules that were in place.
We couldn't land at our first port, which is fair enough and stopped on the other side of the island. We had hired a minibus on the other side of the island but with only public transport to take us to pick it up we had no choice but to wave goodbye to £350. Ambassador didn't offer transfers to the original port as it "Wasn't their policy" or "None is available". In fact transfers were a bit odd. If, like us, you have never been charged to get from the ship to the destination you are in for a surprise.
Not worth the money. Go on a better line with a worse cabin
