Can’t fault cabin but balcony 9255 got no sun entire cruise and led larger balconies not worth it

Same food in both venues so if you didn’t like menu then couldn’t go to other as it’s served there too

Entertainment poor shows but cast some of the best I have seen at sea Shane they had to fo poor shows the trawler men were fsntastic and deputy cruise director promised they would be back later in cruise but this didn’t happen

Drinks package recomended

Out of 13 cruises this was the worst I have been on overall 

No value for repeat cruisers as you lose points on loyalty club if not travelled in 2 years and due to covid hadn’t obviously so shows what loyalty means to them

Will use alternative cruise lines in the future that provide better food better entertainment and a better customer experienceGreat itinerary so made the mistake of booking it was good value but this came at a cost

Embarkation very disorganised and their party company used at horizon terminal were Apalling no crowd management and all running late with 4 queues and not doing in order of priority

When finally on board room great and cabin steward great and couldn’t do enough 

Food poor and quality better in buffet than mdr does head chef ever sample what he is putting out?
