My husband and I cruised on American Cruise Line Jazz from Memphis to Nashville in July. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip along the Ohio River, Mississippi and Cumberland Rivers. The staff and crew of the Jazz go above and beyond to make your trip seamless and easy.

There was a pre-cruise complimentary stay at the upscale Guest House at Graceland. The excursions staff arrived at the hotel the morning of the cruise in the lobby for any questions. We received our lanyard, key card and information at check-in. There were American Cruise Line buses to take us to the ship at the Beale Street landing. There were 3 buses with friendly drivers that followed the ship and met us at each port for shore excursion transportation and to take us to the airport at the end of the cruise.

The cabin was roomy, spacious and very clean. There are all balconies on the Jazz which allow you to watch the scenery go by. There was an information meeting the first afternoon where we met the staff and enrichment speaker and artist in residence. The cruise director, hotel manager and excursion directors answered any questions the passengers had.
