I had just done an Alaskan cruise on NCL 2 months prior with my wife, but my parents asked me to join them on this to help them since my mother is mobility handicapped. It was an overall terrible experience for everyone in my party. I had to change rooms 4 times during the cruise, my parents had to change rooms once, and we talked to a family who had to change rooms 6 times.

The entire ship itself, and when docked at ports are extremely handicap unfriendly and completely uncompliant with ADA standards. My mother's scooter and walker wouldn't fit through the door of her cabin, and once she was inside her cabin there was no way for her to open the door to leave, she would have to call for assistance. So god forbid there was an emergency, she would be effectively trapped in her cabin. The ramps to off the ship in port were roughly at a 15-degree angle, and the staff was making people in wheelchairs and scooters get off of them, to even be able to utilize the ramp. There were no ramp systems to go outside to the walk-around deck, and the buffet is cramped, with tight turns that make scooter and wheelchair accessibility very difficult.

On the topic of the buffet, they only utilized roughly half to one-quarter of the space at the buffet. So everything was very cramped, and the food selection never changed. Food quality was low, and it was a rare occurrence to actually find food that had a warm to hot temperature on it. Most everything was cold, or cool.
