When thinking through how to summarize the amazing week I just experienced on my Avalon cruise I figured I would share some of the highlights that made this cruise memorable! The Avalon crew knew me by name! The meals, where you could experience local favorites while trying the included wine and beer for lunch and dinner. The stateroom is filled with your closest friends and new companions you met on the cruise enjoying a cocktail before retiring for the night! The included excursions, whether you are canoeing down the Danube or a hidden surprise to visit a Count with wine! As a person who has only traveled on big ocean ships, I don't think I will be able to go back to my regular cruising style :) I fell in love with the quaint atmosphere and personalized service! I will be booking a lot more cruises with Avalon in the future!

Panorama Suite with French Balcony
The cabin was absolutely amazing, from the bathroom products to the window facing the view! If you question whether to upgrade your cabin, DO IT! There is nothing like opening your open-air balcony and seeing the beautiful sites pass on the shore!
