We picked the 14 day river cruise on the Danube to explore a variety of cities that we have never seen before. Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava Bucharest as well as smaller villages and towns along the way. We picked Amawaterways based upon feedback from friends and coworkers. The River, The Tours and The AmaMagna Ship all exceeded our expectations on terms of variety of daily tours to outstanding service, knowledgeable guides and quality of food/beverages offered.
The variety and diversity of tours included bike tours (recommended) walking tours of castles/museums as well as wineries/cooking events. Local tour guides were very informative and provided colorful insight to the regio, customs and folklore.
The ship was amazing. Lots of spaces to explore and hang out. From variety of restaurants to library for reading. Very spacious cabins with decks. The crew was very attentive in honoring our requests.

Balcony Stateroom
Very spacious cabin with good size deck to sit and enjoy the riverside. Convenient located to restaurants, elevator (yes) and gym. Well lit and a lot of storage for our 14 day river excursion.
