Be ware-- while Oceania's cruise prices are mostly back to "normal" our cruise was not. As you will read in reviews by others, there are many differences with prior cruises on Oceania. This was our 7th cruise on Oceania. The staff tries hard but is either poorly or insuffiently trained. Too many staff are inexperienced. They smile and are pleasant but miss the mark. Consequently, you may food delivered cold and at different times at seated restaurants. Food not cooked as requested and the overall quality of the seated restaurant experience to have declined. The change to Bistro at lunch time in the main restaurant clearly reduces the attractiveness of the experience. The negative embarkation rating below is because they kept passengers waiting on the side of a busy road even though we arrived at the time specified on our boarding pass. Our butler provided only perfunctory service.
The ship is showing its age. Some public rooms need to be redone. Many furnishings are worn and uncomfortable.
Positives were the crew that cleaned our stateroom and Tom, who sang and played the piano by Martinis.
My cabin (PH) was small for that cabin class and showed its age. There is insufficient closets and storage.
