Beautiful new ship and mini suite cabin. Staff and entertainment were excellent.
The dining, app, and post experience were not. Still trying to get a detail of our charges "portfolio". When we disembarked our account was zero balance. The next day a mysterious charge of $422. Called for details they said would email me the portfolio within 72 hrs - been a week still no email. (But their sales emails come in daily just fine.) Their website and app were confusing to use. As soon as you exit the ship, no more online account info about that trip but they're more than happy to let you book another. The dining rooms, aka buffets, had a good selection and no waiting. All other (few) restaurants were considered specialty so additional charges. The Crown Grill was delicious - Steak and Lobster for $29 was amazing. Again staff was awesome.
We bought the insurance luckily (so I thought) because one in our group tested positive for Covid right before trip and couldn't go. Still haven't received the refund for that either!
